Sweet Girl

i intended it to be ganguro-looking, however when i tried to do all the crazy insame colors it lloked to over done.

I went with a pastel color scheme, Im unhappy with her shoulder, i jacked that up. But i do like the hair ^^ (i wish mine had that much body)
